MONDAY’S MOVES: NATIONAL DANCE DAY

Submitted by Katie Dixon on July 12, 2010 – 12:19 pm3 Comments

NATIONAL DANCE DAY is July 31st!

What is Kadi Fit doing?: Special Dance/Fitness class that morning taught by Monica and Katie

Where: Studio Kadi Fit 19725 Oaks St Unit 6, Cornelius, NC

When: Saturday, July 31st 9-10:30am

What: Wear your crazy dance gear/costumes. The person with the most creative outfit will win a FREE month membership. (Beware: Monica and I may be modeling some old costumes of our own… eek!).

Benefits?: Fundraiser to benefit breast cancer research/awareness.

Cost: FREE- Invite all of your friends!

The song below was choreographed by Tabitha and Napoleon (from “So You Think You Can Dance”). However, I’ve given it my own “fitness flair.” (Repetitive and easier to follow). Familiarize yourself with the dance (if you wish, but not required) and join us on July 31st to do this dance PLUS several other fun dances!

If you would like to watch the steps broken down and taught, please visit http://www.dizzyfeetfoundation.org.
